A Glimpse of Good and Evil

Perhaps in language as in life, Christina, natural but accidentally forming and then stable metonymies organize our hearts. Here it would not be enough to note that we are, say, an aggressive, acquisitve, and gregarious species because that level exists prior to the organization of mind and relationships that have a significance, so it seems to li'l ol' us, linked to symbolic nuclei -- simple concepts about dishonor and virtue -- anchoring associated elements.
