It will be hard pinning the latest attack on voters at a political rally in northwest Pakistan on Jews, Americans, or the Musharraf government.
The suicide bomb that killed 14 and wounded 24 others took place in Charsadda, an ancient capital 29 miles from Peshawar.
The speaker: Afrasiab Khattak, former president of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and current a leader in the secular Awami National Party.
