Pakistan's Terrorist Demographic

Sometimes I just catch the news late, and that even for a back-at-the-desk journo-pundit.  In this instance, Base Camp Reuters, as I may call it, provides many paths out to one's chosen mountain.  With regard to Pakistan, which hosts elections in less than two days (Feb. 18), some recent peruse:

For the Council on Foreign Relations, "A Nonpartisan Resource for Information and Analysis," Jayshree Bajoria in "Pakistan's New Generation of Terrorists" hits the keys on current Pakistani Taliban character, methods, and numbers. [1]

Same subject; similar, earlier, and perhaps more rigorous backgrounder, and "rigorous" in terms of getting into the authentication of its information whatever the subject or source: for the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, Hassan Abbas' "A Profile of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan."
