Always good to see the "kids" rediscovering extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, Maslow and White, autonomy and competence-seeking behavior, and so on. Must say this: the process of discovery wasn't quite this lively when I was in grad school.

I'm going to blab on: I never, have never, wouldn't ever imagine that I would ever see this fellow whose work I read and cited in a Masters thesis in the 1980's: Mihaly Czikszentmihalyi.
It's a little scary seeing how one has been put together come together in 21st Century cyberspace.
